“The Pub” means any pub owned and/or operated by Remarkable Pubs Limited.

1.2. The headings in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.

2. Links to Third Party Sites

The Website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than The Management. The operation of such websites is outside the The Management’s control and you proceed at your own risk. The  Management does not endorse or sponsor and is not liable for the products, services or content you access through any linked site.

 

3. Privacy Policy

The Management will collect, use, store and disclose your personal details in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.1. Privacy commitment

The remarkablepubs.co.uk  website is owned and operated by Remarkable Pubs Limited. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy online and to this end have developed the following Privacy Policy to deal with issues which may concern you. Please read the Privacy Policy to understand how your personal information will be treated.

3.2. Personal Information

3.2.1 The details which you provide about yourself and any information which identifies you such as your name, email address, telephone number, (“Personal Information”) will only be retained by us if you provide this information when using one of the services available on our website, subscribing to one of our email lists or when contacting The Management. Personal Information will be held on our system and used for operational purposes such as the processing of bookings and orders and for mailing list subscriptions. The Personal Information you supply to us when you opt in to marketing communications will be used by Remarkable Pubs Limited to keep you up-to-date with events and activities organised by Remarkable Pubs Limited.

3.2.2 If you would like to revise the information provided to us at any time, or feel what we currently have on record is incorrect, you may update the information by emailing elton@remarkablepubs.co.uk.

3.2.3 We may from time to time ask you for further information in order to update our records or for particular purposes. We will always tell you how we will use any further information received from you. From time to time we will need to send you our website and service announcement updates.

3.2.4 You have the right to obtain from us an electronic copy of all Personal Information concerning yourself by emailing elton@remarkablepubs.co.uk. If you decide not to use our services any further and notify us either in writing or by email as mentioned above, we shall destroy any retained Personal Information.

3.3. Log files

3.3.1 Every time someone visits our web site a log file is generated on our computer.

3.3.2 The log file records the time and date of your visit, the files that were requested, your IP (Internet Protocol) address, the referrer URL (if provided) and the browser version. We collect this information to help us diagnose problems and administer our systems and to audit the geographical make-up of users and how they have arrived at our site; that is, from what other sites have visitors arrived – this information being obtained from the referrer URL.

3.3.3 We do not normally link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that you remain anonymous even though we include your IP address in our aggregate information. However, we can and will attempt to use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our terms and conditions, or to protect our services and other users.

3.4.1 If you contact us we reserve the right to keep a record of that correspondence and incorporate the information it contains into our database.

3.4.2 If we are required by law or requested by the police or a regulatory or government authority investigating potentially illegal activities to provide information concerning your activities whilst using the network we shall do so. We may also disclose Personal Information to appropriate third parties to assist in anti-fraud checks and investigations.

3.5. How we protect information

We take every precaution to protect your information. 4. Entire Agreement

It is the intention of the Management that all terms of the Contract between the Management and you are contained in these terms and conditions. If you wish to rely on any variation of these terms, you must ensure that such variation is in writing and signed by you and on behalf of The Management before any Contract is made.

 

5. Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions are not enforceable then this will not affect the enforceability of any other part.

 

6. Safety and Enjoyment

6.1 The Management reserves the right to refuse admission and may request any customers to leave The Pub (taking any such appropriate action which may be necessary to enforce this right) if it is necessary to do so.

6.2 The Management or any permitted third parties may carry out general filming, sound recording or photography in or about The Pub. By entering The Pub you consent to you and your party being included in and to the exploitation of such films, recordings and photos without payment.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions and any Contract concluded incorporating these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and all disputes shall be submitted to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
